TASKS:
-Utilized AutoCAD to create as-built documents and
to create furniture plans for clients
-Learned how to navigate the D&D Building and obtain samples through different vendors
-Obtained skills of documentation and organization during site visits and installations
-Classified sample materials and reorganized sample room and bins
-Developed communication skills in order to effectively communicate with clients and vendors

On-Site Experience
While working with Meg Braff Designs I created as-built documents. I personally measured the apartment to the right, and then I transferred the measurements into AutoCAD.

I then added in furniture from the specification sheets in the client’s workbook to the AutoCAD documents I had drawn.

REED RESIDENCE
Small Apartment Project
Marrakesh, Morocco
The souks in Morocco are colorful, busy, and outdoors. The Reed Residence, located in Marrakesh, will resemble the souks by incorporating Carolina blues, indigos, periwinkles, and wood elements through tiles, furniture, and architectural wood carvings. Geometric lines in tile patterns and wall coverings incorporate the grid street structure throughout the souks. By including natural wood floors, wooden architectural archways, alcoves, and interior plants, nature will be brought into the space to represent the outdoor market. The apartment will create a luxurious and functional Moroccan escape for the Reed couple.
GELATERIA
Small Cafe Project
Amalfi, Italy
The Amalfi Lemon is grown throughout the Amalfi Coast. The concept of the lemon will be represented in the Gelateria through bright yellow tiles, radial symmetric furniture, and lemon trees. The lemons grow on a trellis which will be imitated through the ceiling design. Authentic gelato served in vietri pottery creates a Italian cafe perfect for an afternoon scoop of gelato and a cappuccino.
KENT RESIDENCE
Cottage Home Project
Oyster Bay, New York
The location of this cottage home was the influence design. The incorporations of navy and cream in the kitchen bring the outside view of Oyster Bay into the home. Throughout the floor design the use of pattern, texture, blues, and neutrals create a traditional home with modern details.
